There is a channel to the Internet, but only HTTP works. HTTPS is cut at the provider.
There was an idea to install a proxy on an external VPS, which will send HTTPS traffic to the computer in HTTP.
Something like this:
PC <---HTTP--->PROXY<----HTTPS----->Internet

I can't find a ready solution. Can someone tell me where to dig?
