How to Implement Full Image Responsiveness in WordPress?

Hello.
The problem is the following. The template is made on bootstrap + integrated for WordPress, but the images are compressed rather than proportionally scaled for all devices.

The RICG Responsive Images plugin is installed, max-width: 100% is set in the css settings, but this is of little use. I will be glad to help!
