How to implement framework and deploy project to Vue + Node server?

Good time of the day.
I decided to create a site in a bunch of node + vue . I want this to represent the SPA where vue will send requests to node , for example, file upload. Tell me, please, how best to implement the file structure, for the subsequent addition of the project to the hosting.

Most likely, my problem is that I know how to do it in a php + vue bundle , because the hosting itself “launches” the api folder written in php for me, but I don’t know how to make the api work on node with vue . I see
