How to implement dynamic order in a layer?

How can you implement an increase in order in a layer with an object moving along the Y axis,
let's say there are two objects, one at Y=-3, and the other at Y=-2, and the one located at y=-3 was displayed on top of y=-2,
but despite the fact that the coordinates can change and the object whose Y coordinates, so to speak, "below" was displayed "above".

Well, the script can, if it moves to y - 2, then there is an ordered layer in the sprite property (like so), and this property will be equal to - 2, when y = -3 ordered layer will be equal to - 1
