Do you mean DNS record management? Or what do you mean by
If you manage DNS records, then you need to edit the DNS server configs.
Or, which is easier, put PowerDNS as a DNS server, with zones stored in a database (ex. MariaDB).
And put \ write web DNS management (really what you need is to add \ change entries in the database).
