How to implement debugging of iframe application for VK on local server?

I ran into a problem, vk only supports https connection and therefore iframe application should only work on https. It's no problem to purchase an SSL certificate and set up https on the hosting, but what about when debugging on a local server? In this case it won't start at all.

I have the dev subdomain in my certificate. , which hosts redirects to the local server, which is also configured with https with the same certificate as the main server. Accordingly, the application has a debug mode when everything is loaded from the dev domain. True, for the case with server methods, such a joke will not work, only client authorization / workflow.
