To distribute access to the Internet through wifi points, using the captive portal, it is planned to use CLIPS\IPoE. The following algorithm is assumed: A person connects to open wifi, gets access to the Internet (white IP, IPoE \ CLIPS) with a limited ACL that allows you to go only to the page for entering personal data (name, phone number) with subsequent payment for services. After payment, the script replaces the ACL, the person gets full access to the Internet, for a while, depending on the paid tariff. (White IP is needed to fulfill the conditions of SORM.)
