How to implement caching on your own component in Bitrix?

Construction use:

if( $this->StartResultCache($arParams['CACHE_TIME'] )

does not allow the component to work with GET parameters, how can I add them to the caching for exceptional cases of values too?

Add variables to the additionalCacheID parameter that the cache may depend on.
