How to implement automatic upload of a file from a specific folder on the local machine in a Rails project that is located on a remote hosting?

Vobshchem it is necessary to implement a subject. Logically, I admit that this is possible for a number of reasons - To implement the upload of one file with a standard file selection form, the task is simple ... in fact, we simply indicate a link to its location ... i.e. the goal is to get a link. But if the link is always fixed, all these mechanics are essentially unnecessary. Just my case. There is a folder that contains files. The folder name is always the same and always lies at the root of the file system. You need to do something so that when you enter a project lying on hiroku, there would be an automatic upload of files from this folder to the project on hiroku. Need a help guru.
