How to implement an Instagram widget [has a working example] that catches photos by tags?

On the site of converters, I somehow caught an interesting fikchu . At the bottom, under the product and other standard garbage, there is an auto-replenishing (speculation) tape of photos by TAG from Instagram.

We click and get a popup window with info from instagram and layered information about the product:

But on instagram, the conversions ask if this photo can be published.

So this is a semi-automatic script that still works on the tag. And integrated with Instagram.
This is very convenient for commerce, let's say you have a store, let's say sneakers, and under each product this instagram script by tag.
