How to implement adding printers to logged in users?

There is a print server under W2008 R2, printers hang on it.
How can I add some necessary printers on the workstation so that they are available to all logged in users on the machine?
You can use a local printer and specify the Standard TCP / IP port, but then the meaning of the print server disappears.
