How to implement a visual editor for OpenCart?

Hello! I'm doing frontend, but I'm doing very good in backend. bad, so don't beat)))

I saw in some themes for OC there is a visual editor. For example, you can choose a header style (there are several header twig files in the theme, which are applied depending on what you select in the admin panel), you can also change fonts and colors.
In WP, you can use the Theme Customizer API, you need something similar for OpenCart (a).

Can you please tell me how can this be done? I don’t know how to properly pose the question, so I haven’t found a solution on the Internet yet.

PHP programmers and backenders, please help. I would be glad if even skinte links, with infoy.

In principle, nothing complicated:
On the side of the admin panel, when saving (for example, in the template settings) your colors, font sizes, blocks, the corresponding CSS is generated.
In the front, include this css...
Without knowledge of Opencart and php, it will be difficult. In fact, you need to write a module for Opencart...

Perhaps we are talking about the ability to change the structure / appearance of individual elements / blocks of the site?
if yes, then write the functionality yourself or take templatemonster from the theme, but keep in mind that these themes are full G and do not grab G from there.
If we are talking about content editing, i.e. html i.e. ckeditor
