How to implement a two-part infoblock property?

How can a two-component infoblock property be implemented: a multiple property consisting of two fields - an image (file) and a link (text)? There are no highload blocks.

Nikita Ermilichev 's comment turned out to be useful, but activating the setting "Display a field to describe the value" of the infoblock property helped in this matter. The reference is thus written to the "DESCRIPTION" array when the property is read.
