How to implement a sound signal when turning on / off Centos?

I want the server to make a sound when it is turned on / off, as it is implemented in NAS4Free (FreeBSD)
Are there any solutions?

In autorun, a script that launches something with sound. From echo -e '\a' to launching some audio player with a prepared track.

Do you have a speaker on your motherboard?
I came across a situation where it comes as a separate "device" along with the case and it just needs to be connected to the mat. board.
