How to implement a Simple Electronic Signature?
Good time of the day.
We have a service where legal entities and individuals fulfill the terms of the service agreement, and receive funds under this agreement once a month.
Since we have Income minus Expenses, we have to collect paper acts with a signature and seal from counterparties every month for expenses, or exchange documents through EDI.
I saw that some services implemented the signing of acts through a Simple Electronic Signature (via SMS).
I am very interested in how to implement SMS signing with legal entities and individuals on my service. Maybe some companies are engaged in the implementation of this solution, or there are ready-made ones, or could someone explain the logic of the processes?

A simple electronic signature has no legal force.
It is possible to sign a document with a simple electronic signature, but this action does not give him any powers or privileges.
Such a file cannot be sent, for example, to the Federal Tax Service for the provision of accounting or financial statements.
You cannot use a simple electronic signature to work with government agencies, to gain access to electronic trading. But if the parties conclude an agreement on the recognition of an electronic signature as an analogue of a handwritten signature, then such signed documents may become legally binding.
There are two options - either look for ready-made options (Kontur Crypto Pro), they provide an API for signing through the application or something else (but this is already a kind of qualified digital signature).
Or do it yourself - in the bank where I work, after coordination along the chain of persons, we put a stamp with a hash on the PDF and an internal order gives this document power.
