How to implement a separate template for one category of goods?

In general, I blunt something hard. I have a category of goods "Canopies" I specifically need to change the template for it. I mean I take category-ID.php but for some reason does not want to be created. I inserted and modified archive-product.php into the file in advance.
Tell me how to create a separate template for one category by ID or the like. Thank you.

For the woo template, name the file taxonomy-product_cat-{Your slug}.php
