How to implement a search feature on solr: Only with photos?

Rails project. There is a checkbox in the search for news: Only with photos. News has_many photos. Looks like you've set up a search. There remains such a chip. Search for news with @new.photos.count > 0. I don't find anything similar in the examples. In my opinion, if you start tinkering with the search results (i.e., search without this condition, and then cycle through the search results and filter out everything without photos), then pagination gets lost. Has anyone come across?
