How to implement a redirect of all urls before the slash?

Hello! There is a site on Bitrix, the site has several categories of services and corresponding pages for them. For example, https://my-site.ru/catalog/ and pages inside the catalog https://my-site.ru/catalog/category/item/

For all these pages, there are a lot of duplicates like https://my-site.ru /catalog/150385 or https://my-site.ru/catalog/category/item/2008803 (actually existing, I don’t understand how they are created), not to mention ***/home.php and others. And this is for all pages at all levels. Is it possible to cut off ALL urls before the slash using 301 redirect through htaccsess? For there are a huge number of pages and cutting the url of each separately is to shoot yourself.
