How to implement a continue loop button via tkinter?

Good afternoon!
I'm learning python and ran into a problem along the way.
1. There is an interface on tkinter and it has a "pause / continue" button.
2. There is a for loop that simply iterates over numbers from 1 to 10, for example.

How can I make the loop freeze when the button is clicked and resume when the button is clicked again?
It is not necessary to directly describe the solution, tell me at least in which direction to dig?)

Solution in the forehead.
Inside the for, put a while(buton_togle) loop, where to change the buton_toggle variable on pressing from false to true.
