How to implement a collapsible slider?

I want to implement in my application something similar to a bullet slider with the ability to minimize it, as in the screenshots (MiFit application). What ui elements should be used to recreate this effect?

I didn't install it, but the screenshots look very similar to CoordinatorLayout .
Before you write your bike, look at ready-made open source solutions .
