How to implement a catalog of works in terms of SEO?

Hey!
A question for experienced SEOs, the question is this.
There is a website, it will be 10 years old this year.
The site of a small construction office, they work modestly, nothing serious.
The site has a section of completed works, starting approximately from 2014, in general, about 300 photo albums in the corresponding folders
. Today, the structure of this section is
sitename.ru/galery/2014/objekt1
|_galery/2014/objekt99
galery/2015/objekt1
|_galery /2015/objekt99
And so on, 300 folders with works, about 11,000 photos.
What is the actual question for you, Yandex really disliked this order of the photo gallery, constantly throwing it out of the search and re-indexing it all these years. Moreover, he draws the reasons from a lantern such as a double, etc.
Maybe he's right, I don't know
.
/objekt99
.......
sitename.ru/2014/objekt1 ?
/objekt99
.......
sitename.ru/2014/objekt1 ?
/objekt99
.......
Well, and so on, at the same time, it is correct to register title, desription etc meta tags for each object.
Now there are no tags, maybe the gallery output is quite ugly in terms of SEO ..
Maybe even take yes to do sitename.ru/objekt1 ???
What do you think is the right way to do it?
I would be grateful for any sensible advice on a subject!

It is necessary to take each gallery into a separate section or page, with the appropriate titles and descriptions (title, description). That is, there will be one page where all the albums are collected and each has its own page, for example site.ru/portfolio/proekt-doma + on each such page a small description of the project and it is desirable to make a description for each photo in the alt attribute. The work is big, but you can cut down some money and the client will benefit from search engines) IMHO
