How to implement a block with a user image correctly?

Hello! I'm using Bootstrap 4 and now I want to implement a user image block (border-radius: 50%) from the right side of the navbar. I have a problem, no matter how much I try everything is wrong :((
Can you throw off a tutorial where Bootstrap 4 is used to implement this?
I'm not very strong in CSS, so I can't do such simple things...
