How to identify unused js and css code?

Let's say you need to speed up the site and you need to remove unused code. What are the tools for this?

Use the Coverage tool in chromium browsers.
I collect statistics for all typical pages, including popups / media queries, then I clean css based on its analysis. Unfortunately, I have not seen fully automatic correctly working tools.
