How to hook a style sheet in Eclipse?

I'm trying to pull the main.css file to the index.html file.
I'm writing in the index html after the title - I
tried to set a relative path, but the styles are not loaded.
Voros - in Eclipse somehow you need to write a path or pre-configure something for such things.
P/S/ I'm a total newbie, thanks in advance for your help!
