How to highlight text in git bash console under windows using keyboard?

How to highlight text in the git bush console, for example after the log command, I need to copy the hash code of the nth commit. I know how to do it with the mouse, but how can I do it directly from the keyboard? When I press the "up arrow" or "down arrow" keys, it simply moves through the history of the entered commands.
Or is it impossible? ))
