Does the ToolStripMenuItem element have a property that controls what color the element will be highlighted when hovered over? If not, how is it set?

In the morning, all other PCs on the network also stopped printing.
I tried to install a slightly different driver - "HP Universal Print Driver for Windows PCL6 (64-bit) for USB connected printers" instead of "Universal Print Driver" (HP Universal Print Driver for Windows PCL6 (64-bit) )) and... everything worked! Even on the PC that did not print yesterday. I'll look for a couple more days and then I will draw conclusions.
