How to hide url in playlist?

Good afternoon.
There is a public link to the .m3u8 file, it contains a link to another m3u playlist. In the latter we have a list of iptv channels.
Is there a way to hide links in this file from prying eyes? So that it is not clear through which server:port there is access. It doesn't matter that you can find out everything with third-party software or through the task manager, the main thing is to hide it in the file itself.
