How to hide traffic from the provider?

The mobile Internet provider limits the speed from torrents and from time to time drops the connection when downloading big data. Tell me, please, how to make sure that the provider does not see where and what information is transmitted over my connection? Is this issue resolved by purchasing a VPN, and if so, what criteria should a VPN provider meet?

No way.
This question will soon become a champion. Hide the fact of traffic exchange and metadata (from where, where, how much) - DO NOT hide the contents of the exchange - via VPN (in this case, the exchange with the VPN server will be recorded).

Enable encryption in the torrent (Th all vpn hit like manna from heaven ...). The possibility of encryption is available in the protocol.
Or put a client who knows how to encrypt.
And then it will become impossible to find out what kind of protocol it is.
Vaapche torrent is resistant to breaks - put more peers on distribution and don't care about all network returbations.

Why not? You can - shadowvpn
In China, they use it. There, providers stop the use of a regular VPN - this one works without problems.

The VPN connection will just drop.
