There are 2 delivery options:
- pickup from the point of issue
- delivery by courier

There are 2 payment methods:
- cash upon receipt
- by card online

How can I automatically hide "cash upon receipt" when choosing "pickup from the point of issue"?

If it is difficult, then how and where to add the necessary text "this payment option is available only upon delivery by courier"?
