How to hide perl config?

Hello, I have a website in Perl.
There is a configuration file. The site has a command //address/?go=file
Found a workaround to open the config file.
How can it be hidden at the code level?

IMHO, this is very unsafe and this is what needs to be fixed.
But, if you want to quickly fix at least somehow, and then figure it out, you can try renaming the config file to something complicated. For example, earlier your file was called config.pl, rename it to
0bb4e71ef77d38334f14cc3c98d00cf8.pl
And write a new name in the code.
