How to hide or disable one of the delivery services in 1s Bitrix if the product is out of stock?

We have two delivery services: "Pickup" and "Delivery in the city".
There are also two warehouses: "Main" and "Retail store", in fact: delivery is available from any of the warehouses, but pickup is only possible from the Retail store.
Question: How can I hide the "Pickup" delivery service option if the product is out of stock in the Retail Store, but still show the "City Delivery" delivery service if the product is in the main warehouse at the moment?
