How to hide IP when sending email via Thunderbird?

Is there any way to hide my IP when sending mail via Thunderbird? I mean, of course, not VPN and the like.
When sending mail from gmail, yahoo, zoho, etc., my IP is visible in Source.
Is there any way to turn this off using the client? Or is everything 100% dependent only on the SMTP server (the same gmail, zoho)? For example, when sending from yandex, my IP is not visible. I believe they have Stripped IP.

No way.
Is it only on the server that the headers will be parsed and replaced with IP for blabla.
