How to hide inactive properties in the Bitrix filter?

If you set the necessary checkboxes in the filter, then some properties become inactive. I have a question. How to make inactive properties disappear from the screen altogether and do not take up space. It's just that if new values are added, then turning the page will become long and inconvenient. I tried to hide the checkbox with the :disabled pseudo-class, set display:none, but this is not a way out.
