How to help a girl become an HR in IT?

Hello everyone, I study with a girl in my 4th year, IT people. The girl says that after university she wants to become an HR IT, I currently work in an IT company as a php jun (and in general I know the technologies that are used on the web). those. if necessary, I can drive her on technologies. The fact is that I absolutely do not know what HR needs to know in IT. From what I found, these are a couple of books by Svetlana Ivanova, she read, she says obvious things are explained.
Can anyone suggest a recipe? A book, courses, where to dig at all? And how can I personally (if I can) help as a person working in IT?

wants to become HR IT

Good HR needs a psychological education, not an IT one
Well, she still won't be able to take a technical interview to the fullest.
1. Become just an HR in any company
2. Raise dissertations, books and studies related to people in the IT profession, study them, begin to understand them well
3. Place resumes again and respond only to offers from IT companies

Becoming an HR in IT is very easy. You need to make a list of questions: "where do you see yourself in five years", "why did you choose our firm", "why should we take you", and a few more similar ones. These questions should be asked to everyone who enters. You don’t need to do anything else, especially some books and courses.

Books and courses will not help in any way to get settled in this case.
If she has not graduated from the university yet, everything is quite simple
1. Pass a diploma
2. Get a job as a junior assistant to a deputy junior HR specialist.
If you're lucky, you can immediately get a job in an IT company with this same person.
If you're not very lucky, it won't be an IT company. Then, after at least half a year, try to switch to an IT company. Taking into account technical education and experience in HR, they will accept. Well, of course, education should be supported by knowledge, and not a piece of paper from the university.
3. Improve competencies and become first a deputy junior HR specialist, then a junior HR specialist, then an ordinary HR specialist, then a senior HR manager, then a department head, then a HR director, then a member of the board of directors.
