How to handle returns from own smtp?

WordPress has the mailster plugin installed, which sends out our newsletters via our own smtp . It seems to process returns, but after large mailings of mail, more and more letters come from [email protected] in which it is written that the mailbox is full, disabled, deleted, etc.
How to make sure that these returns are also processed?
