How to group video collection?

the question is not quite in the subject of the resource, I just hope for adequate help, but where to look for it if not here :)

there is a huge collection of videos, it needs to be sorted into 5 categories, the problem is that one video fits into several categories at once, the option is sorted into folders does not fit

how to be? I already thought about making a site with a filter and search, it would be like a store, but it's a lot of work to do ... until you design each video, and there are more than 600,000 of them. But the problem is not even in "hands", but in the method, maybe there is something for Windows? I would appreciate any advice, thanks!
