I welcome everyone. There is a task: when new employees leave, give them access to corporate video tutorials, and so on. At the moment, it is implemented like this: we upload it to YouTube, and it gives access by mail. Adding the same mail to a bunch of videos every time is not very convenient. Maybe there is a solution? Like a person came - they gave access - he didn’t come up and fired - they took him away, a minimum of effort. The good news is that you can't even download it. Who faced this? Maybe there is a solution?
