How to give users different IP addresses for the same domain?

There is a server with 2 IP addresses, to check the load test, I want to try different software on different IPs to deliver content. IP 10.0.0.1:80 will have varnish, IP 10.0.1.1:80 will have Nginx. So the question is: how to randomly direct users to different IP addresses? There are thoughts that with the help of DNS - but the very first IP is always given there.
