How to give remote access to a program on your computer?

I know and used many services that give remote access to a computer, but I need to give remote access to only one program, and so that the person who connects cannot interact with the computer in any other way than interacting with only this one program!
For example, I give a person remote access to Excel. So that he could work in it =) , but could not start the task manager or call any other functions of the operating system, all possibilities are closed inside one program - the application!
Please tell me some solutions to this problem!
