How to give a script an external ip from the local network?

Hello. I became a happy owner of Yandex Station. Music and talking with Alice is certainly cool, but I would like to control the TV with my voice. I have an LG with webOS 4.5.

Naturally, you need to write a skill and this is not a problem. Installed MajorDomo found the module, linked it and URAA! Everything works great, I can make GET requests and manage the functions I need, and then a dead end.

For Yandex skill, you need to have an external IP, but I have a script behind the router in my local network and I can’t let it out, because the router is from the provider and they don’t let me enter it. I even called them.

Is there really no way to get around this?

because the router is from the provider and they do not allow you to enter it
change the provider, because this is a mockery, setting up forwarding of incoming ports, even in the absence of a dedicated ip address (i.e. it is dynamic) - now the usual situation on the Internet, without which, at least inconveniently
, they can want money for a 'specialist to come and set it up' ? I can believe in this.

If they give a white ip, buy a router and forward the ports.
Don't forget about the SSL certificate, Yandex only needs an https connection

https://ngrok.com/ can only offer this if you don't want to buy a static ip.
