How to give a name to a form in Form Analytics in Yandex Metrica?

Good evening!
I have a problem. I have multiple forms on a page. How can I give a name to each form so that I can distinguish them?
I am attaching a screenshot, there are 8 forms, but Yandex gave the names himself.
