How to give a gift for each product from the section in 1C Bitrix?

Bitrix has a Product Marketing functionality: discounts and promotions. but here's the problem, I can't make a gift for every item.
What is the point, you need to provide a gift depending on the value of the goods in certain categories.
product from category with value above 3000 - Gift A
product from category with value above 6000 - Gift B
product from category with value above 9000 - Gift C
But the problem is that I don't know how to give a gift for each product if its price satisfies conditions.
the user will put three items at a price of 3500 and should receive 3 gifts A. but only one gift A is received
