How to give a file from the server for download to the user?

I need to give the user a zip file for download, and this file should be placed in the response, and as soon as I receive this response on the front, I suggest the user to download it. Front - vue.js, back - django rest framework. Can you please tell me how to implement it on one side and on the other?
