How to get yandex tile(x/y/z) by available x/y/z google for google maps v2 Android?

The question was already asked here a couple of months ago.
The problem is displaying tiles by " http://vec04.maps.yandex.net/tiles?l=map&x=%d&y=%d... " substituting x/y/zc GoogleMap results in a 10 km offset in y.
I came across a very useful article but did not achieve success, when applying x / y / z to the input, as a result of manipulations, I came to the same x / y / z of Google, not Yandex. How to translate tiles into Yandex projection?

And why can't you just take this shift into account? Or is it not linear?

Displaying Yandex.Maps tiles is allowed only through the Yandex API.
legal.yandex.ru/maps_api clause 2.3.3
