How to get windows 7 boot log with timing for each step?

There is an old windows 7 system. On which no extra junk is installed. But it loads slower than 6 years ago. I would like to understand why, but the event log, msconfig and other standard tools do not answer this question.
What would remove the log?

I did not use it myself, since there were no problems with loading.

1) msconfig
a) Boot -> Boot log
2) Reboot
3) %WinDir%\ntbtlog.txt - no time, but that's a question for other people.
