How to get vnc working on raspberry pi4 without monitor connected?

Hello! The essence of the problem is this. So there is RPI 4, with Raspbian buster on board, and so, if you plug the raspberry into a socket with the monitor turned off and turn it on after loading the OS on the raspberry, then there is no signal on the monitor and you have to reboot the raspberry via ssh with the monitor turned on, but besides this, if for example, the raspberry was loaded and everything showed, but then the monitor was turned off because I was away from home and had to restart the raspberry remotely, then I could not connect via vnc. RPI 4 quite recently, before that I used RPI 3 B and there were no such problems there. I don’t understand, without a monitor, X’s don’t start? Can anyone come across this evil?

@Harvester_pi

Go to raspi-config -> Display Options -> Resolution -> I specified: DMT Mode 82 1920x1080 60Hz 16:9, everything worked after reboot

You can use xvnc as an X server.

Not sure if this is the solution you need, but it works. Perform all actions without connecting an hdmi cable to pi4
Through ssh open raspi config
Turn on VNC there
In one of the tabs in raspi config there is a screen resolution, you need to set a value other than default. (I don’t set resolution close to fullhd here. Then through settings this does not happen either)
Reboot
Vnc should work after these steps

As an option, try creating a virtual monitor using xrandr
