Greetings.
There is a VK community. The community has the ability to send private messages. When you send a private message, it is sent to a bot that saves it. When sending regular messages, messages with photos/audio/documents, a normal download link comes in the object. But if the user sends a video, then there is no download link, there are only fields with a preview, access_key and track_code + other unnecessary information.

Tried using the video.get method, but the community passkey doesn't work with this method.
Accordingly, the question is, how can I get a video from a user's personal message to the community, and is it possible at all?
