How to get value of selected cell in DBgrid in OnDataHintShow event (Delphi)?

The column has an OnDataHintShow event, in it I display the full text of the record on which the mouse is hovered in Hint.
But I still need to determine if this entry is selected (highlighted) in DBGrid'e?
I don't know how to get there.
