How to get VALUABLE_ACCESS in Odnoklassniki API?

I am developing an android application, trying to implement a share button on social networks using the ASNE library. Everything works, the Odnoklassniki API returns my profile data to the application, but I can't "share" the link. Classmates require "VALUABLE_ACCESS", how can I get it?
