How to get track name from audio stream?

I'm making a client for radio, there is a mediaplayer in which the audio stream is loaded ( 86.62.102.131:8005/live192), how can I get the name of the song? Maybe use exoPlayer instead of mediaPlayer?

Perhaps I'm wrong, but we somehow got through this page:
86.62.102.131:8005/status.xsl?mount=/live192 We
used php and ripped out the necessary piece from the markup through it.
